It’s year-end review season—that time of the year when managers provide constructive feedback to their employees; evaluate whether they have met their goals and expectations; discuss strengths and weaknesses; and pinpoint areas for growth.

While giving and receiving feedback in the workplace is important — this time of year and throughout the year as well — as it can help change behaviors and ultimately improve productivity, it still can be challenging for managers and employees.

That’s why the Women Leading Travel & Hospitality team has decided to focus its last Virtual Workshop of the year on giving and receiving feedback. The dynamic and engaging workshop we have planned is called Feedback Renaissance: Revitalizing Conversations for Maximum Impact and Growth, and is designed to help attendees discover the transformative potential of effective feedback conversations.

The 5 Minute Career Hack team — Jamila Brown, Alicia Wade and Candyce Hunt — will guide attendees through an immersive workshop experience designed to help you master the intricacies of feedback and unlock its power to reshape interactions, inspire innovation, and elevate performance.

Attendees will gain the tools and insights needed to transform interactions into catalysts for growth. The instructors will help attendees revitalize the way to approach conversations, harnessing the power of feedback to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and reach new heights of achievement. Attendees will learn how the art of providing and receiving feedback is an essential skill for fostering growth, building relationships, and achieving outstanding results.

This workshop — like all of our Virtual Workshops — are free for Women Leading Travel & Hospitality members and $79 for non-members. If you are a member, please email Sally Holtgrieve at sholtgrieve@napco.com for the discount code and complete the registration here. This virtual event takes place at 12 p.m. ET on Dec. 13.

And of course, you can always apply for membership so you can access this event free of charge. For more information, please apply here.

Happy feedbacking!
