Earlier this month, American Airlines named Trista Miller managing director, service recovery. In her first week at American Airlines, Miller observed a pervasive attitude of collaboration and teamwork, she noted in a LinkedIn post.
Previously, Miller was senior director of customer care at Frontier Airlines, where she worked for nearly eight years.
Miller describes herself as friendly, loyal and an unabashedly dedicated customer experience leader utilizing intuition and a love of learning to find success in any environment and motivation from any challenge. She has a proven track record of building successful, strategic teams and completing complex cross-functional objectives. Miller is driven by an innate ability to identify issues and effectively implement solutions while improving customer experience and simultaneously reducing costs.
Miller will relocate to the Fort Worth, Texas area for her new position.
