It’s day two of the 2024 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit here in Charlotte, NC and WOW! The Women Leading Travel & Hospitality team is once again blown away by our community.

The Summit kicked off yesterday with a wonderful leadership workshop for our corporate partners. Following that workshop, all of our executive attendees gathered in the ballroom for a very special opening keynote presentation by Captain Kelly J. Gordon, superyacht captain, followed by an interactive networking activity led by ScentAir exploring the important role that scent plays in our industry. To cap off the perfect start to an exciting week, we wrapped up the night with a cocktail reception in a beautiful outdoor garden, where so many new connections were made!

As we begin day two of our second annual Summit, the energy is palpable. Our community is comprised of extremely special, compassionate, caring, strong, resilient leaders and we’re grateful that we can provide a space for each of them to take time to focus on themselves, be vulnerable and transparent, and build authentic relationships.

Full recordings of the panel and keynote sessions will be available to Women Leading Travel & Hospitality members.
