What is the Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit and who is it designed for?

This is the only event of its kind! Hosted by Women Leading Travel & Hospitality, the Summit enables women in leadership positions at travel and hospitality companies to network, learn from each other, and improve business processes. The Summit focuses on the unique needs of executive women in travel and hospitality leadership positions in a luxurious, non-sales focused environment.

What is Women Leading Travel & Hospitality?

Women Leading Travel & Hospitality is a membership-based association that connects executive women across all sectors of the travel and hospitality industry. Our mission is to unite, educate, and inspire our community of executive women leaders by providing unparalleled resources, support and motivation to achieve personal and professional growth.

Our community is built on passionate, successful, senior-level women from across the industry who have a strong belief that investing in themselves and in other women is good business. From CEOs with years of experience to directors working their way up, the common thread is women coming together to learn from each other and help each other succeed.

When and where is the conference being held?

June 8 – 10, 2026 at the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans at 921 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.

What is the cost to attend?

The cost to attend is $1,800 for members.

For non-members, it is $2,200 for travel and hospitality executives. Women Leading Travel & Hospitality members receive a significant discount as part of their membership. Apply to become a member by clicking here.

What’s included in my registration?

Two-and-a-half days of informative and inspirational content and multiple networking opportunities. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served each day. We will also be hosting cocktail receptions with hor d’oeuvres for attendees during the conference. You can expect white-glove treatment and an extraordinary experience.

Is there any way to get my Summit conference pass covered?

Yes, you can apply to have your Summit conference pass sponsored. Please note that not all applicants will be selected for sponsorship. You can submit your application here.
