The Women Leading Travel NYC Roundtable, held on October 27 at the Thompson Hotel, was a sold-out success — bringing together more than 140 senior women leaders across travel and hospitality for an afternoon of powerful dialogue, leadership insights and meaningful connection.

The day began with a warm welcome from Hannah DeMaio, Vice President of Brand Strategy at Women Leading Travel, followed by opening remarks from Christina Gambini, Vice President of Global Sales at Hyatt Hotels, whose team graciously hosted the event. A special thank-you to Amperity, our Premier Sponsor, for leading an engaging fireside chat featuring Amy Perrin, Head of Solutions, and Ally Hepp, Senior Manager, Solution Architect, on how hospitality brands can unlock the power of first-party data to create seamless guest experiences.

The keynote session, “Hospitality Fueled by LOVING Leadership,” led by Jasmine Bellamy, Founder and Principal Consultant of The LOVING Leader, inspired attendees to reimagine leadership and culture through empathy and purpose. After a breaking networking break, Rokt, the global leader in ecommerce, shared how leading brands are unlocking real-time relevance at critical moments in the customer journey, in a session led by Nikki Lebedin, Director of Strategic Accounts, and Agatha Pym, Director of Client Success.

The afternoon concluded with a dynamic executive panel moderated by Tiffany Townsend, Executive Vice President of Global Communications at NYC Tourism + Conventions, and featuring Sheila Farahpour (Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts), Leona Qi (Vista US), Joyce Leveston (New York Convention Operation Corporation) and Jennifer Wester (Hyatt Sales Force – Americas). Our Content Strategy Senior Manager, Elisabeth Segura, closed out the day before attendees, speakers and sponsors mingled over wine and light bites at the networking reception hosted by Thompson Hotel.

A huge thank-you to our sponsors, speakers and corporate partners for helping make the day so impactful — and to all who attended for bringing such energy and openness to the conversation. The insights shared and connections made will continue to inspire long after the event.

The celebration continued into the evening with an Executive Dinner hosted by Rokt at Trattoria Dell’Arte — a fabulous close to an unforgettable day in New York City.
