Eileen Springer and Christine Alvarez

Christine Alvarez is an Executive and Leadership Development Coach and Facilitator with a passion to help people move forward. Christine works with professionals to navigate career choices and challenges. She coaches Women Executives at Chief, and private clients across various industries. An Adjunct Professor at Pace University she taught Career Strategies to Lubin Business Students. She is also a Skillsoft and ACEUP Coach as well as a preferred coach for Columbia’s Teachers College assisting alumni in developing their Careers.

Christine is the co-founder of YOUR NEXT NEXT™, a team of executive coaches working with companies and professionals who are navigating the new world of work. Their work includes insights into current trends in talent management, leadership development, and preparing for a future of work that is mutually beneficial to both employers and employees. This involves one-on-one and group coaching, assessments, and custom workshops.

Christine brings over 30+ years of corporate marketing experience from a variety of industries, including Television, Publishing, Motion Pictures, and Consumer Products. As a Marketing Executive, she has worked with Senior Leaders on corporate initiatives, developed marketing teams, and assisted sales divisions to achieve goals. She has coached and led Leadership Development programs for employees.

Eileen is the founder of Central Park Executive Coaching. She is coaching Csuite executives and senior leaders in corporations and services firms, as well as recent graduates and early-in-career associates. Coaching assignments include on-boarding coaching, performance coaching, leadership coaching and transition coaching of college graduates and young professionals.

Eileen brings over 25 years of experience leading HR and Talent Management teams in large global companies, with an expertise in Executive Coaching, Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessments, Leadership Development, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Change Management, Employee Engagement strategies and developing early-in-career management programs.

With extensive experience leading College Recruiting and Management Development Programs at Citibank’s Investment Bank, Pitney Bowes and Compass Group, Eileen offers valuable insight into the recruitment process for new graduates. Coaching young adults in identifying their interests, the art of networking, resume building, interviewing skills, building their brand and how to plan for a successful start, are all areas where Eileen provides value to her clients. Additionally, Eileen coaches many early-in-career professionals as they are adapting to the transition from college to corporate life and learning how to navigate new challenges.

Eileen was most recently the Senior Vice President of Talent and Development at Compass Group, NA; the sixth largest employer in the world. At Compass Group, Eileen coached senior executives in a variety of businesses, oversaw the recruitment of over 10,000 professionals a year, redesigned succession management and performance management processes and transformed the approach to corporate learning and leadership development.

Eileen is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently in the Columbia University Executive Coaching Certification Program. She resides in Stamford, CT and New York City where she sits on several non-profit boards supporting the community in the areas of civil rights, social services and public education.
