I’m delighted to start my journey with Women Leading Travel & Hospitality in the role of content and event strategist. I couldn’t be happier to become part of this incredible community. It’s truly an honor to work alongside such dynamic leaders, and I’m eager to contribute to our shared mission of empowering women in the travel and hospitality industries.

In this role, I’ll be leading content strategy for our events (virtual and in-person), supporting member engagement, and helping to foster meaningful connections through thoughtful programming and storytelling.

With over 15 years of experience in content strategy and storytelling, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands in the travel and tourism sectors, including hotels, tourism boards, airlines, cruises, and tour operators. Whether it was creating engaging web content, producing television segments, or organizing events, my work has always been about connecting people to the experiences that make travel so special. Now, I’m eager to apply that knowledge in my new role, where I’ll help foster a thriving community for women to connect, share ideas, and support each other.

Travel has always been more than just a way to see new places for me; it’s part of who I am. From a young age, I was driven by curiosity about the world, constantly asking questions and seeking to understand different cultures. After earning my degree in journalism with a focus on international advocacy from Georgetown University, and completing my Master’s thesis in Argentina covering that nation’s bicentennial celebrations, I moved to New York City to pursue my passion for travel writing. With a keen eye on emerging travel trends, I’m continuously embracing new technologies and platforms to engage audiences in innovative ways, empowering travelers to explore the world like never before.

Joining Women Leading Travel & Hospitality is such an exciting opportunity, and I’m looking forward to collaborating with all of you. Together, we’ll create memorable experiences and provide valuable resources that support each other’s growth and success.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to join such an inspiring group, and I can’t wait to see where our journey takes us. I’ll be at the upcoming Dallas Roundtable and the Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit in Atlanta, and look forward to connecting with this community in person.

Sincerely,
Elisabeth
