Over the years we have featured SO MANY women in the travel and hospitality industry who have had an incredible, meaningful impact on the industry, and we’re so excited to celebrate our newest cohort during Women’s History Month.

Like in years past, the 2025 edition of this report features a who’s who in the travel and hospitality industry. Honorees, who were nominated by members, newsletter subscribers (that’s you!), sponsor partners, and industry insiders, were chosen based on several criteria, including position within their organizations, scope of responsibility within those positions, career achievements, involvement within the industry, and more. This year’s honorees are redefining leadership and driving meaningful change across multiple sectors of the travel and hospitality industry, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tourism boards, car rentals, shared economies, and beyond. The women featured are leaders of various departments and/or teams within their organizations, including technology, marketing, operations, and human resources, among others.

For the first time this year, we’ve also chosen to highlight a list of Women on the Rise. These inspiring women are forging their paths to being the next great leaders in the travel and hospitality industry.
