- Keynote Lori Gustafson is the executive vice president and chief brand and digital strategy officer for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. She is also a member of the company’s executive committee. In her role, Gustafson is responsible for the enterprise’s global brand footprint and driving growth and customer satisfaction through digital innovation. In her most previous role, Gustafson served as senior vice president, global brands and digital for Wyndham Destinations, where she was responsible for driving the global brand and digital marketing strategy, including the vacation clubs’ portfolio and the RCI exchange business.
- Doreen Burse is senior vice president of worldwide sales at United Airlines. In this role, she oversees the global sales strategy, enhancing existing business travel programs and building new partnerships to improve the United for Business customer and partner experience. Prior to joining United, Burse worked for 30 years in the hospitality industry. Most recently, she led a team that served over 1,300 corporate, association, and meeting and agency intermediary partner accounts as the vice president of U.S. and Canada global sales at Marriott.
- Rita Chen is a creative, digital-savvy marketing leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and over 20 years of experience transforming iconic brands, including 3M, Nestle, DreamWorks, City Winery, Choose Chicago, to name a few. Chen is the vice president, marketing at Choose Chicago and has been in tourism for over six years. She’s honored to lead the Choose Chicago marketing team and share her love of Chicago with others from around the world.
- Monique Pinnock is Hyatt Hotels’ senior vice president, corporate human resources and philanthropy. She leads the corporate human resources team and works closely on Hyatt’s global talent acquisition strategy, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy, as well as the operation of Hyatt’s corporate office. Pinnock is passionate about developing and executing talent strategies that align with the business strategy to drive performance. She has been an advocate and facilitator of inclusion and change throughout her career. Prior to joining Hyatt, Pinnock held positions at Honeywell, Diageo, and Tory Burch.
- Jamie Rhee is the Chicago Department of Aviation commissioner and a leader in the aviation community, overseeing operations at both O’Hare and Midway International Airports — among the largest and most complex airport systems in the world. In early 2021, Rhee was elected to the board of directors of Airports Council International – North America, which works to strengthen the commercial aviation industry in the U.S. and Canada and promote cooperation between airport governing bodies.
- Moderator Lisa Oswald is senior vice president and global head of customer service at Travelzoo, supporting its 30 million members and client network worldwide. Previously, she was vice president of operations and customer service for Priceline.com, where she lead sales and service for the dot-com and its affiliate partner network, from startup through a decade-plus of transformational change.
