Jennifer Connell is a hospitality executive and strategist with more than 25 years of experience spanning brand leadership, real estate development, and asset management. She spent much of her career at Marriott International, where she served as Managing Vice President and Global Brand Leader, guiding six lifestyle brands and launching Marriott’s first apartment-hotel concept. Her earlier roles in feasibility, transactions, and development gave her a 360° view of the industry and a reputation for blending creative vision with financial acumen.

Today, Jennifer collaborates with The Plasencia Group on hotel advisory and transaction projects across the U.S. and is the founder of Clayjar Consulting, where she advises owners, operators, and investors on strategy, brand, and long-term value creation.
