I have been in executive positions and leading teams for over 25 years. My experience ranges from Target Corporation as a buyer, a Director of loss prevention, and store operations
senior Director to a Regional Vice President with Ross Stores. Most recently, I was a Senior Vice President in hospitality and real estate with WeWork Head of Community, United States, Canada, Peru, and Costa Rica. My passion for people inspired me to launch Quendrida Whitmore Coaching and Consulting. Where as Coach Quen, I help leaders and organizations transform their futures.

I have a passion for building great teams that drive excellent results. I excel in building trust among groups to create a cohesive team and authentically believe in development for all, including myself. Additionally, I enjoy helping individuals accomplish personal goals that are life-changing. I received my master’s in business administration and earned my coaching certification (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute. I also received my EdD from the University of Southern California, focusing on Organizational Change and Leadership.
