Siobhan Fitzpatrick was promoted to chief experience officer at Virgin Atlantic earlier this month. Fitzpatrick joined Virgin Atlantic in 2018 and has been responsible for brand, marketing, customer journey, communications, digital development and e-commerce teams.
According to Virgin Atlantic’s website, “After 15 years in retail working for the likes of Argos and Homebase and having won numerous awards (including the respected Retail Week award, the retail equivalent of the Oscars), Siobhan wanted a new challenge, something different.” That’s when she joined Virgin Atlantic as vice president of digital and distribution in June 2018. After nearly 18 months in the role she was promoted to senior vice president of digital on the Virgin Atlantic website side. Six months later, Siobhan was promoted to chief digital and marketing officer.
Outside of Virgin Atlantic, Fitzpatrick lives with her family, cats, dog and horses, according to her LinkedIn, where she says, “I’m an avid reader, have a long-standing love with music and occasionally motivate myself to get fitter with Pilates and running.”
