The incredible lineup of keynote speakers, panelists and moderators who joined us at the 2025 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit in Atlanta raised the bar. We’re now actively seeking dynamic women leaders to join us on stage at our upcoming regional Roundtables as well as the 2026 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit.

Our goal is to feature a diverse range of voices from every corner of the industry and from every department within travel and hospitality organizations. Whether your expertise lies in people, products, strategy or systems — or somewhere in between — we want to hear from you.

Content can include business strategy, professional development, leadership insights or personal stories that offer fresh perspective. If you have something meaningful, practical or inspiring to share, bring it to our community.

The 2025 Roundtable events will take place in:

  • New York City: Oct. 27
  • Chicago: Nov. 12
  • Miami: Dec. 2

The 2026 Summit will be held June 8-10 at the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. As part of the 2026 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit, we’re introducing a new “Managing Up” panel. This session will feature director-level leaders who are driving impact and influencing upward. We invite you to nominate yourself or a standout colleague to speak.
