We’re thrilled to announce our next professional development Virtual Workshop for Women Leading Travel & Hospitality members! The members-only workshop, which takes place July 31 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. ET, is titled Leading With Emotional Intelligence, and it promises to go beyond traditional conflict resolution techniques by drawing from psychology, anthropology and sociology.
The workshop will be led by Christina McFadden, a leadership coach and experiential facilitator. She has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles and specializes in executive presence, group dynamics, and identifying verbal and nonverbal communication patterns while helping clients become aware of their impact. Through her experience in leadership and as a facilitator, McFadden has helped multiple companies and teams develop systems that support rapid growth. She currently serves as a guest lecturer at the school for Public Health at UC Berkeley where she also leads support circles. Formerly, McFadden was a lecturer with the Interpersonal Development Program at UC Berkeley Haas, where she also coached MBA students.
Workshop attendees will learn to navigate conflicts with purpose, turning them into opportunities for growth and improved relationships. Explore the profound impact conflict intelligence has on organizational culture and individual leadership. From self-awareness to effective communication, discover how adopting the right mindset and techniques can enhance both professional and personal lives.
